ASX listed company AWE Limited engaged PCM to conduct a full fitout at their new office space in North Sydney.

The project finished within the set timeframe and on budget. The end result is a functional, yet stylish environment for the people at AWE Limited to work and socialise.

“To say this project ran down to the wire would be a gross understatement.

AWE had precious little time to be ready to vacate its old premises and were negotiating the Lease whilst simultaneously working on a fitout design during November 2017.

Greg Bourke’s Pioneer Construction Management were one of the fitout companies approached with an RFP. With just a week to submit the proposal, Greg won the tender committing to the exceptionally tight timeline – access to site 1 December 2017 with a drop dead move in date of 25 January 2018 and with Christmas smack in the middle.

Alex Humphries was our designated Site Manager who steered the fitout transforming the empty space into a fresh, brand new and modern office environment comprising visitor waiting area, 2 meeting rooms with full AV capabilities, 4 individual offices, 22 workstations in an open plan layout, 2 quiet rooms, a kitchen / breakout area, utility area, and comms room.

Nothing was too much trouble and Alex rose to each challenge, always finding a solution and always remaining calm and confident.

Pioneer delivered our fitout on time and on budget and to the very high-quality standard that is Greg Bourke’s trademark. Greg has trained his team to have his keen eye for detail where nothing short of perfection is acceptable.
